Imagine this: the bustling streets of downtown Chicago, the warm summer sun casting a golden glow on the cityscape, and the love between two individuals celebrating their special day. That is literally what this Chicago summer wedding was all about that I had the amazing opportunity to second shoot at (disclaimer: all these photo are my but this is a wedding I second shot for Mary Rose Photography).

As a Kansas City based wedding photographer, Chicago is one of my favorite places to travel! Born and raised, I will for sure help you game plan the ultimate photo timeline to get all those dreamy, timeless, elegant photos. For this wedding, we started at a Four Seasons hotel near Michigan Ave. From there, the wedding was held at a stunning Catholic church. With us having a 3 hour time gap, the couple wanted to get photos all around Chicago at all the iconic places such as the World Trade Center, North Ave Beach, and just walking around the streets. The reception and party was in the West Loop at a restaurant called The Publican. THE BEST WEDDING FOOD I have had to date, and the space is perfect for a luxurious, intimate wedding.
